Your Labour councillors secured extra funding to better clean our city centre for all.

£2.3 million extra funding means more jet washing, gum removal, staff to inspect streets, and bigger bins. We also support local litterpicking groups and campaigns. And, we unapologetically demand enforcement against litterbugs.

In the Town Hall, we’ll push for even more resources. 14 years of Tory cuts mean streets are not as clean as we want. But, our work, your help, and this investment carve a path to a brighter, cleaner future.

“Compared to Conservative chaos, or Green Party failure like Brighton’s bins bursting all over their streets, it’s clear only Labour can be trusted to deliver clean streets. A clean place we can all be proud of is central to Manchester’s br Jon-Connor Lyons, Piccadilly Councillor
